Trick or Treating

I love this monkey costume that my Aunt Sue made and lets us borrow.  Avrie wore this costume 3 years ago and I still can't get over how realistic it is.

After the trunk or treat, Jodi and Mike came over with Kayhlen.  My mom and Kiley came as well and we all went trick or treating together.  It was lots of fun until it started raining.  Most of us came back home at that point, but David, Baylie, and Mike stayed out until they felt there was no more candy to be had. 

Ward Trunk or Treat

So this was us leaving for the ward trunk or treat.  I think everyone's costumes are pretty self explanatory.  David is just himself though, in case you were wondering.  As you can see from the pictures, Kenadie found some rocks that were more interesting than candy apparently so she started snacking on those.  She also loved the guitar music and stood and danced in front of him for the longest time.  It was really cute and drew quite a crowd.

Avrie's Halloween Party

Since Baylie got to have her fun class party at school, Jodi was nice enough to take Avrie to a work Halloween party.  It was her own special thing and she got to take a lunch in her lunch box, which she thought was the coolest.  She's the prettiest Snow White ever!

Pumpkin Carving 10/26/08

So this was the annual pumpkin carving ritual.  The girls had their own pumpkins to design their own faces, so that was fun.  It's always just a nice night together as a family.
