Laundry Helper?

Logan's idea of doing the laundry is just to take every single item out of the basket and find an empty spot on the floor to put it. He probably does think he's doing what I do, since when I fold clothes, I sit on my bed and make piles all over the floor. Cute boy, but I'd rather he didn't help next time!

Come Again??????

So, I have been serving in the Primary for almost 3 years as a member of the presidency. At first, I was a 2nd counselor, then our ward split. Then I was a 2nd counselor again in a new ward--and then later moved to be her 1st counselor. Then my president was taken to be in the Stake and I became the Primary president of our ward. Well, then our ward split again just in the beginning of April and I was quickly made the Primary President of this new ward.

So, I was helping form a brand new ward from nothing and was really enjoying my new presidency and then 2 weeks ago, our Stake split (gosh darn reproducing mormons!!!). Anyway, I met with the Stake Presidency last week and was asked to be the Stake Primary President of our new stake!!! I seriously didn't really believe it and am still in a little bit of shock and denial, I think. I am so very sad to leave my ward and seeing all those little faces from week to week but am certainly excited to have a new opportunity and challenge.

I know that the Lord will help me with this responsibility and I have already got a dynamite presidency to help me through this challenge. I am mostly just grateful to serve (although I'd rather be with the kids every week) wherever the Lord wants me and hope that I can be an instrument in His Hands in helping these other Primary leaders know of the importance of their callings and learn to love it as much as I have. So, that's it---the end!

G-Day

So, David technically graduated in December of '09 but he walked yesterday and it was a very special day for him. I think walking made it feel much more real. It was a nice convocation ceremony for the school of Technology at BYU. I'm so proud of him and all that he has accomplished. Still, no job--but we have faith that will happen when it's meant to.

I don't know why my flash seemed to stop working.

Success!!

My mom and sis. Kiley.

David's brother, Michael and his parents.

Our little family! How in the world did he finish school again? Oh yeah, help from above for both of us!!! It was a great day and it was really nice to see him so happy. He's such a hard worker and deserves the world! Congratulations David!

Grandma's Easter Egg Hunt

Blowing bubbles she found.

Logan loved playing with the eggs. Even more when he found candy in them!

A great time had by all at my parents' house. They sure provided the kids with lots of candy and fun! Thanks mom and dad!

Egg Dyeing 2010

Just your annual egg dyeing fun with the fam.

Logan thought they looked good enough to eat!

Yes, she's naked--but that really saved on the clean-up!

Such concentration!
